I don't understand the concept of flueless gas fires. Does this mean I can buy a gas fire, fix it on the wall and there is no need to have an outlet for gas fumes?

No flue to remove fumes necessary, operates on the catylitic convertor principal. However, must be installaed as per manufacturers instruction taking into consideration calculated unrestricted direct ventilation and fire operating pressure. Recommend Registered installer to carry out install and commission.

Go for an electric fire, they're just as effective for heating and look just as good.
