I woul be very grateful if someone could advise me on how to get hold of a manual for the Barnard castle Sirocco streamline 2 gas fire.

hi, i have a manual that i am happy to copy and forward to anyone that wants one. I am also looking to purchase embers and coals.

To muckyvagrant,
For gas fire spares, eg coals and embers try The Spares Merchant. I found them simply by "googling" gas fire spares. In my limited experience they are an excellent Company who take pride in their customer service levels.

Hi Muckvagrant
I would be very grateful if you could send me a copy of the manual for this fire. Just had it serviced and the gas engineer wanted to see the manual because he thinks that the fire should have a layer of vermiculite which is missing and wasn't ever supplied when it was installed (which was approx. 15 years ago), and we weren't given a manual either.

Hi wondered if any one still has a copy of the installation manual for the Sirocco streamline 2. Sirocco have moved from Barnard Castle and not responding to emails.
