Gas press fit end stop

Hi.

I want to replace my gas cooker with an electric one, which would mean cutting the existing gas pipe and fitting a stopend. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with these: http://www.gasproducts.co.uk/acatalog/15mm_Pegler_Yorkshire_Xpress_Copper_Gas_Stop_End.html

Can't find any information on the tool required to install it, but I was wondering if that would be easier than a compression fitting.

These fittings are good but the tool to compress them are expensive. You need a Registered gas Installer to cap the gas pip - this isn't a DIY job.
