Fitting appliances below boiler in kitchen cabinet

Hi,
I've recently had a new combo boiler fitted in a kitchen cabinet. It's fitted at the very top of a tall unit, with pipe work running straight down to skirting level.
We're now looking at replacing our cooker in the kitchen and have thought about using the space in the tall unit below the boiler to fit an integrated microwave and electric oven.
Both the oven and microwave would fit below the boiler with enough space to meet all the specs for clearances for the boiler and applicances, however, microwave would need to be pulled out for the boiler to be inspected.
We're wondering if there are any problems or dangers in fitting these below the boiler?
Thanks
Nick
