Boiler Flue ADI Clips and Failed Test

Hello,
I am a landlord and just had gas saftey certificate done on a voters boiler that has always passed by BG for last six years.
However this year was done by home serve and has been marked as dangerous because flue is not ADI clipped or screwed ??
I guess this could be new reg so I need to carry out fix. I am assuming it means the flue needs clips fitting and screwed to joist or frame work. The length of flue is about 1m verticle from boiler to roof Will two clips be sufficient?
Also what does ADI stand for.
Thanks for advice.
