Leaded Windows

i need to if i can remove the lead strips off my windows safely and completely, if you have any tips for the best possible way to do this??? thanks in advance. :D

Is it the self adeshive type that is on a single sheet of glass? If so , you,ll not be able to reuse it, also the residue of adeshive will be a bit of a nightmare to get off

hi, yes it is on a single sheet of glass, i don't want to use it again, it's just it was on when i got the house but only on one window and i don't want to do the rest of the house, so i just need to get it off the front windows.

will something like paint stripper get the adhesive residue off???

try upvc frame cleaner and a glass scrapper.
