Wooden Double Glazing

Our house (which was a new build) is fitted with Wooden Double Glazing Windows. The house is just over 5 years old. The upstairs windows in particular have started to get condensation on them and the sealant around the window panes has now got mould on them as well.

What can I do to stop the condensation ??? Or is it to do with the fact that they are wooden frames ??

Many Thanks

Vanessa

vanessaw200,
If the condensation is between the glass panes then the units have failed and replacement is the only way to sort this out. You should contact NHBC or whoever is guaranteeing the build quality and see if any guarantees are in place.
If you are lucky the windows may have been manufactured by a reputable window company and they will have guarantee.
