Heating Failed - Affected New Double Glazing

Dear Forum,

Can you help me? My time clock has gone on my boiler so there is currently no heating. I've just had new double glazing installed (pay a bit more for a reputable company) noticed this morning that had really bad condensation.

I can get a new one on-line which is cheaper but I have to wait two days for delivery - during this time the condensation will get worse. I just wanted to know if this is damaging my windows long-term? Once condensation appears for whatever reason does it ever go away.

I'm sorry for asking maybe a really stupid question but I saved for a long time for my windows - thank you in advance

:)

Red Ladybird,
If its between the sheets of glass of the DGU (ie you can't wipe it off) then it's failed DGU's and you should get the supplier back.
If its on the outside of the glass it will disperse once the CH is back on.
end

Double Glazing
