Woodgrain Effect Lifting on 15 Year Old DG Windows?

We had DG windows and doors installed 15 or so years ago.
The installation was a good 'un and we have had only a few minor problems.
We now have found that the woodgrain effect on the ones that get the most sunshine has bubbled and started to lift.
Is there a viable repair that can be carried out to replace the small areas concerned or is a new door/window required?
