Room Colder With Draught After new Double Glazing

My bedroom has always been pretty much the warmest room in our house for whatever reason, until last week we had these terrible old single-glazed windows, the kind you have to lift to open.
So the landlord had all these changed to double glazing, and I thought they were fine, but I've noticed in my room specifically there's a tiny breeze / cold spot that hits me every now and then, from the window's direction.
I've tried checking for where it's actually coming from by running my hand all over the window and frame, I can't seem to find anything, I feel like I'm losing my mind here.
