Hi there, any ideas on how to open this window? The handle is stuck, wont budge. The window is stuck in the ajar position, cant open or close properly. When i put the key in, the key turns as normal but handle still doesn't budge. Any ideas? Hoping not to call a locksmith out or break the window. Thank you for any help in advance.
