Identifying and Finding a Replacement Window Handle

Hi to all here on this forum,
I'm hoping that there may be someone here that can help me find some replacement window handles for my existing windows which were already installed when i moved in,
i've serched around on the net but carnt seem to find any so i thought next step is to find someone to ask :-)
If anyone can help me idendify and find any of these it would be greatly apreciated as the yare looking a bit rough these days
