Schüco Windows Very Draughty in Flat

Hello, recently i have moved into flat with schüco windows and i can feel wind coming from every window. They are a bi diffeerent than most PVC windows and i am not sure how i should adjust them. I am adding pics which i hope will help to find solution to my problem.
