Urgent Upvc Window Leaking From Frame

Help!
One of my large upstairs upvc window frames is leaking into the windowsill. The base of the frame is filling up with water, which is then overflowing onto the sill, where the window meets it. (There is no apparent issue with the window itself, ie no water inside glazing or anything). By comparison, the bottom of the adjacent window frame (which isnt leaking) does not have any water in it. I dont know whether water is SUPPOSED to get in, but then drain out, or whether it shouldnt enter to begin with. Thanks so much for any suggestions!
