Glazed partition frame hinge replacement

Hi all
I am in need of help I cannot find the exact hinge I need to replace 2 dropped hinges causing the door to drag on the carpet.
The room is partitioned by a glazed wall with aluminium frames on each section of the glass and has hinges that slide into the metal frame and either im not looking for the right thing or cannot find any hinges with the correct hole centres.
Hinge dims are 75mm x ( 30mm each side of the loose pin )
Any help would be appreciated.
