How to build a double glazed bar hatch

Hi,
anyone in here ever built one or would know how?
I want to add a top hung window to my garden studio to be used as a bar hatch.
Has to be double glazed to maintain insulation and soundproofing and has to fully open to at least 90', so a normal side sliding hinged system would not work.
Perhaps with a gas strut system to maintain open (not essential).
Size would be approx 1600m x 800mm
I tried to look online but no luck.
Any feedback or recommendations welcome.
