Anthracite upvc cleaning advice needed

Any advice please.
I have brand new anthracite windows and doors and on some I have splatters of white render.
My question is what can I use to loosen it and clean them in parts? On my white windows frames I’ve always used a solvent with no hassle but know this cannot be used on anthracite.
