Door hinge needed but not sure what it is?

I need a new door hinge but can not find one anywhere and I do not know what type of hinge it is, can anyone point me in the right direction, photos attached

It is unlikely that you will find this type of hinge, clean them up and refit or buy brass washered butt hinges of the same size.
