Mullion end cap identification

Hi,
I believe what I am after are called mullion end caps?
The french doors were built in 1996, so I think I am going to be totally out of luck, but before I admit defeat, I thought I'd try here.
I am trying to identify the manufacturer from the information in the door frame, and then if the company is still in business. I have attached an image showing a broken end cap and the markings on the frame.
