Replacing gasket seals around door frame

Hi, looking at replacing the seals round the door frame. Im in a rental, so im not getting new windows. Seals round the door frame i cant find anywhere, so thinking obsolete. Is there an alternative to these. Its the seal where the edge of the door cushions. Cheers.
