Aluminium door adjustment with spigots top and bottom

Hi
I have a Aluminium door that is not shutting properly it has spigots top and bottom that fit directly into the respective holes in the top and bottom frames, I am struggling to see how to adjust these, pictures attached if anyone can advise it would be greatly appreciated.
