Replacement double glazing panel supplier

Hi,
Hoping for some recommendations for possible suppliers of a double glazing panel that I need to replace.
It's a 'cottage' window panel that i've removed as it's misted up:
4mm glass, inside and out
5mm gap with silver space
240mm width
343mm height
I'd love to think that it's one of a 'standard' cottage panel size that I can get without a silly price tag - it's just a single panel! Any chance that is the case, and who might provide these?
And if it needs to be bespoke, any recommendations for suppliers?
