My daughter's small velux window internal glass is shattered. We have no idea how it happened as she awoke this morning to find it broken and small shards of glass everywhere!

It is only the internal glass that has shattered and I ave removed all the loose pieces for safety. The remaining pieces are secured to the frame by sealant/ glue and won't come out.

How best should I remove them and can a single glass piece be refitted in it's place?

Hi, you should be able to get a replacment window from most local window supplyers. Shope around for the best price as most will want to beat competitors prices. I will be easyer than just replacing the one broken side. Its quite a simple job for a professional.
