Partially Insulating a Glass Wall

by Lathx » Fri Apr 12, 2019 8:29 pm

Hi

I've searched both this forum & the glazing forum to no avail....

I have a completely glazed walkway (with no opening windows) that has been partially covered internally with drywall. However the gap between the glazing & the drywall has not been insulated. I'm trying to reduce the heat in the summer as it is unbearable. I can access the void from the top & am considering putting in something like Superquilt. I am however concerned that it's going to be ineffective as each pain of glass will only be partially insulated. I am also planning to build some planters & trellis to help.

Any thoughts?
