Carport Insulation and Sound Proofing

hi, firstly I'd like to say hello to everyone here, this is a wonderful site and resource.
I have a quick question about our outside carport ceiling. We might be using the below combination.
- 200mm rockwool in-between the joists
- cement board below screws into joists
- plastered over
should we use the acoustic rockwool slabs or the rockwool thermal insulation roll
does the cement board have good acoustic and thermal properties
do kingspan boards have better insulating properties
can we use normal plaster or should we use render
any advice on the above products would be appreciated
if there's anything better on the market you can reccommend or technique.
we want to reduce the noise coming into the room from outside and also good warmth and keeping cold out in winter.
hope you can help
kind regards
neil
