I have a walk-in cupboard. The door has a handle just on the outside. The handle has a back plate and a lever handle. I want to change the handle to a key lock handle. Is there a handle on the market that I can do a straight swap with? I do not want to chisel out frame and door to fit a new handle.

The handle with a keyhole will fit directly in place of the old ones. It'll be longer on the backplate that's all. Handles are available in screwfix or Toolstation as ia the 3 lever mortice lock which you will of course need to fit too.
