Non Standard Tubular Latch (102mm or 4" backset)

Hi

I'm changing some door handles on our solid wood internal doors and need new tubular latches.

Unfortunately the hole drilled in the door is non standard and I measure the back set distance (from spindle hole to edge of lock) at 102mm or 4". I have tried to find a tubular lock to fit this spec but all I can find is a back set of either 82 or 108mm.

Any advice on sourcing a tubular latches (are there such things as adjustable back sets) or is it new doors??

Thanks in advance!

Hi deeko99
Do an internet search for “4 inch tubular door latch”.

Tried that

Hence the post. A 4" tubular latch does not mean a 4" backset!
