fitting a cast iron victorian spiral stairvcase

I would like to fit a dismanteld cast iron spiral staircase but my floor to floor is 230cm and this staircase is 268cm. Is it possible to remove the top two steps to retrofit it?

Hi gstsb,
Provided you do not end up with a very different riser height you should be ok.
