Bedroom door keeps sliding off of hinge

Hi. I have a bedroom door that keeps sliding off it's hinges. I don't recognize the type of hinge. The nearest thing I can find online is a Hickman Hinge but they seem to come with a plate that you attach after the door has been slid on. These just have a Trapezium shaped tab. It looks like they may be designed so that the tab lifts up and pops back down as some sort of automatic locking system but I'm not sure. Am I suppose to hammer the tab in? Photo attached.
