When a cement mixer is shown as 136ltr, 90ltr capacity what does this mean?

How much in kilos does it mix at one time?

Thanks. Sorry for my ignorance but what does hth mean?
It cannot be a straight 1ltr = 1kg because this would be 90ltr = 90kg = approx 200lbs and I dont think it could hold that much.

1l of water weighs 1kg, 1l of mixed cement weighs over twice that much.

An average concrete mixture weighs between 2.2kg and 2.6kg per liter (I use 2.4 for calcs) so a 90l mixer will hold about 35kg. Watch out pan mixers are often quoted in kg thought.
