demolish a wall

dose this need building inspectors if it a non load bearing wall? does that mean plans to be drawn up and permission

HI

If you are 100% sure that the wall is non load bearing then is fine to take down
without any consent.

But you sound a little inexperienced so get a second opinion on whether or not the wall is load bearing or not.(with respect).

If in doubt ask your local Building Control Office. Its only a 'phone call and they can be very helpful.

Are you absolutely certain its non load bearing?
