My house is rendered with a (snowcem pmc) alpine finish pure white. It now needs to be freshened up as its looking a bit tired. Approx 10 years olds. Stained etc, otherwise in very good condition and render is 100% sound.
The product claims never needs painted, Snowcem nol onger exist and therefore I cannot seek their advice.
Can anybody tell me if I can or should paint this or not.
I have been told just to wash and bleach it. How do you do this. Is there a trade bleach.?

Please can someone advise.

thankyou

They would say that, wouldn't they?
I would think you can paint it over with masonry paint, but it may be worth applying a coat of stabilizing solution first.
