I am renovating a 1930s detached house and the lower half of the house is cavity and roughly 12-13inches thick and the upper half is roughly 9-10 inches thick solid i think .
The difference is on the outside wall in the form of a 45 degree render angle and lead flashing how do i make up the difference on the top half to render and can i renderover the lead flashing to have a smooth front to the house?
Also lead flashing over the windows.
Thankyou for any help.
