CLEANING SANDSTONE

What are you cleaning from it. If its paint go to our paint stripping project, if its just dirty scrub with a scrubbing brush and some slightly soapy water.

sandstone cleaning

Hi, I have several sandstone internal walls to pick, point and clean, any idea's on how best to clean large areas, they have old plaster on them and just years of dirt! Thanks

needle gun and compressor, needle gun has a pistol with a holder for pins which scuttle around when air passes over them, which you hold against the stonework, comes up a treat
the joints can be raked out using a point tooled pistol also with compressor,
dont use a steel wire brush you will make the stone black
