when putting up scrim on plasterboard joints ..would it be ok just to pva the scrim on the joint ..let it set ..and than plaster over it ....would this have any long term effects ....??? any help

Hi,
I don not see why not, as long as it was fixed flat to joints, but you can get nylon self adhesive scrim which will save time and mess.
