can anyone advise me on what the going rate per square meter is for plastering and also the going rates for applying bonding undercoat then skimming per sq meter

any advise would be greatly appreciated

Supply and skim we charge £10.00 per square m (plus VAT) but the room has got to be empty and we don't make any deductions for openings. A room 4m x 3m will cost you £350.00 and be done in a day (walls only). Surfaces must be sound and no hollow work will be covered so if your walls are in any way deteriorating we wont go near it.

We dont give prices for any type of basecoats wiothout sight of the job.

thats a great help thankyou im just staring out and having difficulty prices jobs i have a kitchen to plaster its 4m x 4m and all artex so im planning on bonding it all then skimmimg what sort of price should i be looking at charging

if you could advise me on this it would be a great help
