BLOWN PLASTER

HI THERE BROUGHT AN OLD FLAT ABOUT 3YRS AGO AND IT SEEMS THAT MOST OF THE PLASTER HAS BLOWN ON THE MAIN INTERNAL WALLS. CAN ANYONE TELL ME IF ALL THE PLASTER NEEDS TO COME OFF OR WETHER THERE IS A WAY ROUND THE PROBLEM CHEERS :(

If its blown its blown. Have it all off and get it redone. You can't stick it back!

I agree, however on replacement, if the state of the walls allow, dot and dab plasterboard onto the walls then skim, much quicker and better finish acheivable.
