plastering on render

i recently had a damp problem which i cured by taking off the old plaster back to the brick and rendered with sand and cement with a water proof liquid and then plastered. now three weeks later the plaster coat has not bonded to the render.can any one give me a solution for getting the plaster to stick cheers andy

HI THERE. YOU NEED TO FIX DAMP PROB FIRST. AND MAKE SURE ROOM IS AIRED ALL THE TIME E.G, WINDOW SLIGHTLY OPEN. BEFORE AND AFTER PLASTERING. ENJOY

the waterproofing in the render has repelled the plaster,A waterproof addative should only be used in the mix to render externally.Scrape of the finish plaster and heavily paint the area with a pva solution.Then plaster using thistle multi finish.
