Hair Line Cracks in Plastered Door - How to Repair

Please help, when I moved into my property the previous tenants had removed a door, recorded and skimmed the wall. We then had a pipe leak upstairs which caused a hair line crack around board. What is the easiest way to repair this? I say easy as I am a DIY beginner with little money so spend.
