Advice on Bathroom Stud Wall at Back of Shower

Hi everyone.
I'm after some advice regarding a bathroom refit.
We recently discovered a leak and I've removed plasterboard from 2 of the walls.
I'm looking to build a stud wall at the end of the room which will be the back of the shower approx 40cm. What's the best way to go about building the wall? Do I board before or after? The back left corner will be covered by the wall so does it even need boarding?
Any help is much appreciated. Thanks in advance
