Removing paint from 100 year old plaster ceiling rose

Anyone know the best and quickest way to remove paint from a plaster ceiling rose and coving ?

The plaster rose and coving are in a victorian house, and have many coats of paint on them resulting in the pattern almost being lost.

Has anyone used Langlows Peel Away ?

Peel away is great for intricate work and takes of 4 or 5 layers at a time. It is however very expensive. The Home Strip advertised in the paint stripping project is really good, with no chemicals so no damage at all to existing surface. Takes a bit longer and only 1/2 coats at a time but will not harm the rose in any way and wont break the bank. Having said that, Peel away is very effective and is definately value for £. Doc
