I have removed my baxi back boiler and am fitting a second hand wickes finest boiler in the builders opening, i am having difficulty connecting flue outlet to copex liner, is there a adaptor???? :

If you are not CORGI registered - you shouldn't be fitting a new boiler.

If it's not a condending boiler you are breaking the law by installing it.

If you're unsure of what you're doing, you're putting alot of people at risk - especially your family.

I'm not even sure that Wickes ever sold back boilers - you can't fit a wall mounted boiler or combi boiler to copex.

Plus a Wickes boiler ????? a skip is the best place for it (and i'm not kidding).

Why is it second hand I wonder, can't see why anyone would get rid of a perfectly good boiler (not that they're perfectly good when new).

I work on many Baxi back boilers and they'll still be going strong when yours is at the end of its life. The Baxi would have out lived the wickes boiler easily.

Seriously check what you're doing is correct, and get a heating engineer out to install - otherwise you's could all be DEAD within a week.
