underfloor heating

has any one any experiance with hot water underfloor heating im thinking of useing tgis and would like any recomendations and help with this also is hot water or electrical flooring better many thanks and i look forward to replys

if i was doing it I would use electric - easier to install as a retrofit especially in the mats you can get. Unless of course you are starting from scratch.

water, or 'wet' underfloor heating is more efficient, generally works better and is cheaper to run than electric - but a heck of a faff to fit and far more expensive as a system which might offset the saving in its running costs. you need manifolds and pumps and a system that can handle the extra demand (if you have an old boiler and heating system thats starting to show its age i'd think again) as nitro says if its a new build or starting from scratch then it may be worth if, if not go electric.
