ANY ONE TELL ME WHAT 400MM x700MM IS IN FEET ??

Getting new central heating done so i thort id get a towel rad/warmer, but i dont know the size in feet,can you guys help me out...what is 400mm x 700 mm in feet ?

400mm is 15 & 3/4 inches and 700mm is 27 & 9/16 inches (just over 27 & 1/2)

A small suggestion - if you don't have your own calculator there are on line ones that will do this sort of thing for you.
