Does anyone know of a way to remove the blueish green stain that results from a tap dripping on a enamel bath over a protracted period of time.

Presumably it is some sort of copper deposit.

help would be appreciated

it is a copper deposit and unfortunately as copper is a reactive substance its probably eaten away at the enamel. there are specialist companies that can do it and re-enamel the bath at the same time. there is a well-known national franchise that do this but the name escapes me at the moment. prices are fairly reasonable.

APPLY MURIATIC ACID.

OR

TRY RUBBING WITH HALVED LEMONS IF STAINING IS NOT TO SEVERE.
