Electric shower heating and radiators

Since taking our radiators off for plastering reasons, our electric shower does not work in the morning.
We have put the radiators back on, sorted out the pressure, boiler pressure is correct, but in the mornnig, our electric shower does not work for ages.
It works ok in the evening and has worked absolutely fine before.
We took the radiatorsoff before for the same reason upstairs and the same thing happened. as soon as we put the radiators back on and sorted the pressure out the shower worked fine.
We are confused as surelly the electric shower should not be affected by the water in the radiators.
Also, when the water in the shower does get hot, if you use any of the hot water taps, it instantly turns the hot water off and the shower gets cold.
The water pressure is never affected.
Eh?
