I have managed to @up@ the pressure on my combe boiler to 2.5 bar. I think this is too high and want to reduce it to 1.0 bar. How do I do that??

Hi Mike,

Attached to drain valve on any downstairs rad, should all have one and let the reuiqred amount out from there.

Hi,

Or you can empty some water out of a rad bleed valve.

Vent radiators, any air will be replaced with water - may be enough to drop the pressure,

Drain from a suitable drain point, near boiler or on radiators or pipework,

Last resort - as opening can sometimes cause them to pass. Crack open the PRV.
