Central Heating - change of pipe diameter

Currently in my bathroom the central heating pipes (22mm) run underneath the bath but stick out into the room above the floorboards where I intend to put up a stud wall. The pipes stick out far more than required and want to move them. I am hoping to use pushfit fittings and speedfit flexible piping (15mm) which i have already bought to re-direct the pipes. Will the change in diameter cause problems or should it be okay?

What do the pipes feed ? if just one radiator then probably no problems. If it's the flow and return feeding the whole house then it needs to be kept as 22mm.

Thanks for the reply. It is the flow and return so looks like I will have to spend a bit more money.
