Toilet flushing problems

Toilet flushes but have to wait about 10 minutes before we can flush it again. What could the problem be??

You may have a low pressure system with a high pressure restrictor in your cistern. With new WCs ,they usuarly supply you with both restrictors. This is fitted in the ballcock.
