Shower curtain rail for loft room

I have a loft room with a bath in it. There is a shower over the bath too.
I need to put a shower curtain up, but I do not have 2 walls to hand it off.
The back end of the bath is on the sloping wall (see below)

Where the roof straightens out, I have maybe 60-80cm of space before the end of the bath, so a ceiling only rail is not an option.
I am looking for a rail that can "wall crawl" up the slope, then straighten out at the roof, so it can also attack to the back wall.
Anyone know where I can get one from?
